How to Join MSACCO

MTN Users

  1. Dial *165*6*3#
  2. Enter SACCO ID: KIJU
  3. Choose Accept (1) → Join (6) → Confirm (1)
  4. Enter Institution ID: KIJU
  5. Enter Member Account (append “1” at the end)
  6. Enter Recovery Number
  7. Set and confirm your MSACCO PIN
  8. Save the MSACCO number sent via SMS

Airtel Users

  1. Dial *185*7*3#
  2. Enter SACCO ID: KIJU
  3. Choose Accept (1) → Join (6) → Confirm (1)
  4. Enter Institution ID: 1110498
  5. Enter Member Account (append “1” at the end)
  6. Enter Recovery Number
  7. Set and confirm your MSACCO PIN
  8. Save the MSACCO number sent via SMS

Transactions

Deposit (MTN)

Dial *165*6*3# → SACCO ID KIJU → Accept (1) → Deposit.
Enter MSACCO Account, Amount, Reason → Confirm (1).
Dial *165# to approve with Mobile Money PIN.

Withdraw (MTN)

Dial *165*6*3# → SACCO ID KIJU → Accept (1) → Withdraw (2).
Enter MSACCO Account, Amount, and PIN to confirm.
